All sales are final. If your product was damaged during shipping we will be happy to refund your money or offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase so long as we receive the damaged item back.
All touch orders are weighed for accuracy to ensure you receive the product you ordered and will be written on your label. Discrepancies will only be honored if the written label can be verified for weight. Do not discard your label if you feel you did not receive what you ordered.
In order to initiate return, please contact Customer Service through www.touchgermblock.com. We will reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Touch products no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products. Touch cannot reimburse for original or return shipping charges.
Items must be returned in their original condition and must include all original packaging and accessories. Touch is not responsible for return items, which become lost in transit. If you purchased your Touch product from a retailer or received it as a gift, the item must be returned to the original place of purchase.
